Vibe Eyes is designed to run entirely locally on your Mac. We do not collect any personal information, analytics, usage data, or crash reports directly. The App does not require an account, and we do not track your behavior.

2. Accessibility Permissions & Cursor Tracking

To function correctly, Vibe Eyes requires macOS Accessibility permissions. This permission is used strictly and exclusively to monitor your cursor's global position on the screen so that the animated eyes can follow your cursor across multiple monitors.

• No Data Logging: We do not log, record, or store your cursor movements, clicks, or any other input.
• No Data Transmission: Cursor coordinates and movement data never leave your device and are never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.
• Real-time Processing: The cursor tracking data is processed in real-time in the device’s volatile memory solely for the purpose of rendering the app's animations.

3. App Settings and Preferences

Your user preferences (such as selected characters, themes, and customized colors) are saved locally on your device using Apple's standard @AppStorage mechanisms. We do not sync or have access to these settings.

4. Third-Party Services & Website Analytics

The Vibe Eyes macOS application does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tracking, or advertising frameworks. The app operates entirely standalone on your device.

This website uses PostHog (EU-hosted) to collect anonymous usage data, only after you provide explicit consent via the analytics banner. No cookies or persistent identifiers are stored. No personally identifiable information is collected.
